لمحة عن الدورة

This course, “Anatomy Trains and Trigger Points”, is designed to provide physical therapy students and professionals with a deep, clinically applicable understanding of the myofascial system and its role in pain and movement dysfunction.

The course integrates the concept of myofascial meridians (Anatomy Trains) with trigger point theory to help learners move beyond isolated muscle thinking toward a more comprehensive, functional approach to assessment and treatment.

Throughout the course, participants will learn how to identify myofascial lines, recognize trigger points, understand referred pain patterns, and connect these findings to real clinical presentations. Emphasis is placed on practical application, including assessment strategies, palpation techniques, and treatment approaches such as myofascial release, stretching, and movement correction.

This is a case-based course, where learners will apply their knowledge to common musculoskeletal conditions such as low back pain, neck pain, and shoulder dysfunction, allowing them to build clinical reasoning skills and confidence in real-life scenarios.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to assess patients more effectively, identify underlying causes of pain, and develop targeted, evidence-informed treatment plans.
